He has worked for companies ranging from Cairn ERA to Addionics in roles ranging from CEO to Business Development. He lives in Boulder with his wife and has stumbled up 48 of the 53 fourteen-thousand-foot mountains in Colorado.

The name “1019” is inspired by physics — it refers to the number of electron charges that flow in one ampere of current:
